Welcome To Our Hair Sanctuary in the heart of Sherrill, NY Slow down and take a deep breath. Rooted in holistic hair care, energy work, and everyday ritual, sessions at The Crown Lounge are designed to calm your nervous system, nourish your scalp, and uplift your spirit. l've been behind the chair for over 20+ years, but this work has always been about more than hair for me. I created this space for those who are tired of the pressure, the chemicals, the quick fixes, and the constant performance. This is a sanctuary for those who are ready to heal, soften, and receive. I blend non-toxic beauty, holistic scalp health, emotional wellness, and energetic care to support not just how you look, but how you feel in your body. We care about the health of our bodies and our planet. We take pride in being a certified sustainable Green Circle Salon, recycling up to 95% of our beauty waste. This helps us keep millions of pounds of waste out of landfills and our water supply each year. We believe that it is important to not only provide exceptional service, but to also make a positive difference in our community. That's why we are committed to sustainable practices that benefit our environment and the world around us.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Salon 129 Booking, Cancellation & Deposit Policy At Salon 129, your time is valued just as much as ours. Each appointment is thoughtfully reserved to give you a personalized, high-quality experience. To honor both your time and ours, we have implemented the following policies: Deposit Requirement A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost. Cancellations & Rescheduling We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments changed or canceled within 48 hours will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Rescheduling Within 48 Hours If you need to reschedule within the 48-hour window, your deposit may be transferred to a future appointment as a one-time courtesy. Refund Policy All payments are final and non-refundable, including deposits and completed services. ⸻ Class & Event Policy Our classes and events are intentionally small to create a meaningful and intimate experience. Because of limited availability, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations. This allows us the opportunity to offer your spot to someone else. All class bookings are non-refundable.
